I received a phone call from Taylor the other day. It was around 3 p.m. I answered and said, “Taylor, how are you? So nice of you to call.” She answered, “Dad, I just wanted to call you and tell you ‘thank you’ for making my dream a reality. I love it here and this is my dream.”
Wow, a great phone call — not a good one. It shows that the program is working. All of your efforts are noticed and are obviously being successful. You are making a difference. These young people in this program know it. And all those who associate with these Aggies Elevated students will be better for it as well. Good job!
P.S.–(mom) got a similar phone call, too. I don’t know if it was a class assignment but I know it was from Taylor’s heart.”
